Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

- Estimated delivery time frames:

  - - Within India: 11-15 business days
  - - International: 15-17 business days (depending on the destination)

Please note, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance (for international orders), or courier delays.

- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s).

- The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours after shipping.

International Shipping

- We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and courier service.

- Customs, Duties & Taxes: Global Protein Solutions is not responsible for any customs and import duties or taxes that may apply to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, customs).

Damages

Global Protein Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or inability to deliver, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
